Mr. Huan Chen is Chief Risk Officer, Director of the Company. He has served as the chief strategy officer of our parent company CreditEase since November 2007. Prior to joining CreditEase, Mr. Chen served as a product manager at Qihoo 360 Technology Co., Ltd., a leading internet company in China listed on the NYSE, from July 2006 to November 2007. From March 2003 to July 2006, Mr. Chen served as an investment management manager at 21cn.com, an online portal owned by China Telecom. Prior to that, Mr. Chen worked at Guangzhou Securities Co. Ltd., a securities brokerage service firm, and cofounded Find2Fine Consulting Ltd., an online project outsourcing marketplace, successively from July 1998 to March 2003 since 2020.

Yirendai Leadership Team
