From August 2008 to September 2013, Mr. Martindale was a partner and consulting chief financial officer for Focus CFO, a financial consulting firm. From January 2005 to August 2008, Mr. Martindale worked at ProCentury as Vice President Corporationrationrate Governance. Mr. Martindale has also held various other positions in both accounting and auditing.
