Mr. Kirk H. Lusk is Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining us, from January 2013 to February 2018, Mr. Lusk served as Chief Financial Officer of Narragansett Bay Insurance Company, which was acquired by us in November 2017 in connection with the acquisition of NBIC Holdings, Inc., the parent company of NBIC. Prior to that, Mr. Lusk served as International Chief Financial Officer of Aetna, Inc. from 2008 through 2012, Chief Financial Officer of Alea Group Holdings Bermuda Ltd. from 2005 through 2008 and Chief Financial Officer of GE ERCs Global Casualty and GE Capital Auto Warranty Services from 1998 through 2004. since 2018.
