Ms. Jennifer J. Kent serves as Executive Vice President Administration, General Counsel of the QuadGraphics Inc. since June 2015. She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel from December 2013 to June 2015 and as the Company Assistant General Counsel from when she joined QuadGraphics in August 2010 until December 2013. Prior to joining QuadGraphics, Ms. Kent held various positions in the legal department at HarleyDavidson Motor Company from March 2003 to July 2010. Prior thereto, Ms. Kent served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and practiced law at Foley Lardner LLP, a Milwaukeebased law firm. since 2015.
