Since beginning his career in corporate finance in 1972, Mr. Grove has held various financial positions with large companies representing a variety of industries, including Revco D.S., Inc., ComputerlandVanstar, Manville Corporationrationration, The Upjohn Company, and First of America Bank. Mr. Grove served on the Board of Directors for Applica, Inc. from September 2004 through January 2007, at which time the company was sold to a private equity firm. since 2000.
