Mr. Stewart also serves on the Board of Aqua America, Inc. since August 2018, and served as a director of AEP Industries, Inc. from 1996 until it was sold in 2017. He served as a director of Marsulex, Inc., a chemical company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, from 2000 until its sale in 2011, and Momentive Performance Materials Inc., a specialty chemical company in silicone and advanced materials, from May 2013 through its successful emergence from bankruptcy in October 2014. Mr. Stewart also serves on the Boards of Mood Media, Inc. and Hexion, Inc. since 2021.
