He was President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2011 and Chairman of the Board since May 2011. Mr. Parrini previously served as Glatfelters Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 until 2010. From 2003 to 2005, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Company. Mr. Parrini joined Glatfelter in 1997 and, prior to 2003, held various executive positions responsible for the Companys operations, sales and marketing. He has served on the board of H. B. Fuller Company since 2012. since 2011.

Parrini joined the Company in 1997, and is currently the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, serving as President and Chief Executive since January 2011, and Chairman of the Board since May 2011. He previously served as Glatfelter’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2005 until 2010. Prior to 2005, Mr. Parrini was Senior Vice President and General Manager, a position that he held since January 2003. Having had full global P&L responsibility in his EVP and COO capacity, Mr. Parrini has had experience worldwide operations, international and domestic sales, marketing, new product development, global supply chain, information technology and corporate program management.
