Mr. Samuel L. Hillard is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. He joined us in March 2016 as Vice President, Corporationrationrate Development Strategy. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hillard was Vice President Business Development for Dover Corporation from July 2014 until 2016 where he was responsible for strategy and mergers acquisitions within the Fluids Business Segment. From February 2011 to 2014, he served as Vice President Business Development for SPX Corporation where he was responsible for all MA related strategy activity within the Flow Technology Segment. Additionally, he previously worked for Blackstone in their MA group. since 2019.
