Mr. Avi Banyasz is the Chairman of the Board of TPG RE Finance Trust Inc. He has served as our chairman of the board since December 2014. Mr. Banyasz is a partner of TPG and the cohead of TPG Real Estate, TPGs real estate investment platform. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, Mr. Banyasz served as a managing principal and a member of the investment committee of Westbrook Partners, a real estate private equity firm, where he worked for 13 years. Prior to joining Westbrook Partners, Mr. Banyasz worked at Bear Stearns Co. Mr. Banyasz received a B.S. in Economics and Finance, with High Distinction, from the University of Toronto. Mr. Banyasz serves on the Boards of Directors of Enlivant, of which he is Chairman, M West Properties, Strive Communities, and Strategic Office Partners since 2014.

TPG RE Finance Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the TPG RE's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: TPG RE inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of TPG.
