Mr. Smith graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in finance. Mr. Smiths deep knowledge and relationships in the real estate sector, including over 15 years of experience working with companies in the real estate finance sector, and extensive capital markets experience lead to our conclusion that Mr. Smith should serve on our board of directors. since 2019.
