Ms. Clotilde Delbos was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Group Executive Committee of RENAULT S.A. since April 25, 2016. She is Member of the Renault Executive Committee and also Chairman of the Board of RCI Banque. She started her career in California, then at Price Waterhouse in Paris before joining the Pechiney Group in 1992. She held various positions in France and in Brussels in Internal Audit, Treasury and Mergers Acquisitions to then become Division Financial Director . After Pechiney acquisition by Alcan, Ms. Delbos served as Vice President Business Finance Director of the Engineered Products Division from 2005 up until it was sold in 2011 to Apollo Global Management and the Fonds Strategique dInvestissement. In the new company, Constellium, her last two positions were Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer since 2016.
