Mr. Ronald J. Tanski is Director of the Company, effective July 01, 2019. He is no longer President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective July 1, 2019. Mr. Tanski was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 2013. Mr. Tanski served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from July 2010 to March 2013 and as Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer from April 2004 to July 2010. Mr. Tanski was President of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation from July 2008 to July 2010 and President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation from February 2006 to July 2008. He was previously Treasurer of those subsidiaries and of Empire Pipeline, Inc. and National Fuel Resources, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation . Mr. Tanski also served in management roles at Seneca Resources Corporation and other Company subsidiaries, including Empire Exploration, Inc. and Horizon Energy Development, Inc. . He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and was INGAA Chairman in 2015. Mr. Tanski is a Director of the American Gas Association and a member of the Council on Accountancy at Canisius College. He also serves as Secretary on the Board of Managers of the Buffalo Museum of Science and as a member of the Executive Committee, and he is a Director of Invest Buffalo Niagara. since 2019.
