Mr. Smith was Chairman of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, Empire Pipeline, Inc. and Seneca Resources Corporation from April of 2008 until March of 2013. He was also previously President from April 2005 to July 2008 and Senior Vice President from June 2000 to April 2005 of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, and President from July 1999 to April 2005 and Senior Vice President from January 1993 to July 1999 of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation since 2017.
