Ms. Anne C. Kronenberg is Independent Director of the Kinsale Capital Group. Since May 2010, Ms. Kronenberg was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ocean research, exploration and education where she serves as Treasurer and Head of the Finance Committee and also serves on the Audit and Risk Committee, Endowment Committee and Retirement Plan Committee. From August 2003 to January 2010, Ms. Kronenberg was a Managing Director and the Cohead of North American Insurance Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Ms. Kronenberg was a Managing Director in Insurance Investment Banking with Citigroup Solomon Smith Barney from August 1997 to August 2003. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kronenberg was a Principal in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley both in New York and in London. She received a Sc.B. in Physics and Philosophy from Brown University and an M.S. in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management. since 2017.
