Mr. Minhong Yu serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was also our chief executive officer from 2001 to September 2016. Mr. Yu also serves as vice chairman of the Beijing Young Entrepreneurs Association and vice chairman of the Committee of Education of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League. Prior to founding our first school in 1993, Mr. Yu was an English instructor at Peking University from 1985 and 1991 since 2016.
