From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Silberman served in several senior positions in the U.S. Department of Defense, including as Assistant Secretary of the Army. Since 2014, he has served as a Managing Director of Equity Group Investments. He also serves on the Board of Directors of TwentyFirst Century Fox, Inc., Covanta Holding Company, and Par Pacific Holdings and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations since 2013.
