Ms. Cillis is also a director and member of the Governance and HR Committee of Solium Capital Inc. as well as chair of its Audit Committee. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Calfrac Well Services Ltd. from November 2008 to June 2013 since 2014.

CPG Old Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the CPG Old's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: CPG Old inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of CPG.
