Mr. Leo I. Higdon, Jr., serves as Independent Director of the Company. From 2006 to 2013, Mr. Higdon was the President of Connecticut College. He serves on the board of directors of Eaton Vance Corporation where he is currently lead director, and Encompass Health Corporation where he is currently the nonexecutive Chairman. From 2001 to 2006, he was the President of the College of Charleston. Prior to becoming President of the College of Charleston, Mr. Higdon was the President of Babson College and the Dean of the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
