Tom previously served as a member of the board of directors of ReachLocal, Inc., a public businesstobusiness digital marketing services firm, before its sale to Gannett Company, Inc., and of Intralinks Holdings, Inc., a public global technology provider of enterprise content management solutions, before its sale to Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. Tom holds a BA in History and Literature from Harvard University. since 2017.
