Ms. Jerri L. DeVard is Independent Director of the Company. Jerri has more than 30 years of extensive multicultural marketing, eCommerce, brand management and leadership experience at large global brands. Jerri currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Office Depot, Inc., a global supplier of office products and services, where she leads the eCommerce and Customer Service functions, as well as Marketing and Communications. She initially joined Office Depot as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in September of 2017, shortly before Office Depot acquired CompuCom Systems Inc. as part of its strategic transformation to a broader business services and technology products platform. From March 2014 until May 2016, Jerri also served as the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of The ADT Corporationrationration, a leading provider of home and business security services. She led ADTs marketing efforts and oversaw all strategic, operational and financial aspects of its integrated marketing programs, which included brand advertising, digital marketing, communications, lead generation, sponsorships and more. From July 2012 to March 2014, Jerri was Principal of DeVard Marketing Group, a firm specializing in advertising, branding, communications and traditionaldigitalmulticultural marketing strategies. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Nokia Corporation from January 2011 to June 2012. Additionally, from 1998 until January 2003, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Citi. Jerri has also held senior marketing roles at Verizon Communications Inc., Revlon Inc., Harrahs Entertainment, Inc., the NFLs Minnesota Vikings and the Pillsbury Company. Jerri holds an MBA in Marketing from Atlanta University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Spelman College, where she served as a member of the board of trustees from 2005 to 2014. since 2017.
