The Board benefits from Ms. Robards many years of experience in investment banking and the financial advisory industry where she obtained extensive knowledge of the capital markets and advised clients on corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and the issuance of debt and equity securities. Ms. Robards prior position as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley provides useful oversight of the Trusts investment decisions and investment valuation processes. Additionally, Ms. Robards experience derived from formerly serving as a director of Care Investment Trust, Inc., a health care real estate investment trust, and currently serving as a director of Greenhill Co., Inc., an independent investment bank, provides the Board with the benefit of her experience with the management practices of other financial companies. Ms. Robards longstanding service on the boards of the ClosedEnd Complex also provides her with a specific understanding of the Trust, its operations, and the business and regulatory issues facing the Trust. Ms. Robards knowledge of financial and accounting matters qualifies her to serve as Vice Chair of the Board and as the Chair of the Trusts Audit Committee
