Mr. Frank J. Fabozzi is Independent Trustee of Blackrock Science And Technology Trust . Frank J. Fabozzi recently joined as a member of the boards of the funds in the EquityLiquidity Complex. Dr. Fabozzi has served for over 25 years on the boards of registered investment companies. Dr. Fabozzi holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant. Dr. Fabozzi was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Societys Hall of Fame and is the 2007 recipient of the C. Stewart Sheppard Award given by the CFA Institute. Dr. Fabozzis experience as a Professor of Finance at EDHEC Business School, as a Professor in the Practice of Finance and Becton Fellow at the Yale University School of Management and as editor of the Journal of Portfolio Management demonstrate his wealth of expertise in the investment management and structured finance areas.
