Ms. Gosselin also serves as a director and member of the audit committee of Windiga Energy, a private alternative energy company. Ms. Gosselin formerly served as a director and a member of the audit, corporate governance and nominating and technical committees of Capstone Mining Corporationration from 2010 to November 2016. since 2013.
