Vitarelli joined us as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in December 1995. In July 2003, he was named General Manager of StormTech LLC, a manufacturer of underground storm water retention and detention systems that was a 50/50 joint venture of ours with Infiltrator Systems, Inc. Upon our acquisition of the remaining 50% interest in StormTech from Infiltrator in November 2009, Mr. Vitarelli rejoined us and continued to lead the StormTech business until March 2010, when he was named Vice President, Storm & Sanitary Markets. He currently oversees our product research, development, commercialization and product approval efforts.
