Mr. Bowers is member of the board of directors of CorePoint Lodging Inc., a publicly traded U.S. lodging real estate investment trust, where he is the audit committee chairman and a member of the compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees, and Ocwen Financial Corporationrationration, a publicly traded residential mortgage lending and servicing company, where he is audit committee chairman and a member of the risk and compliance committee. Mr. Bowers previously served on the board and as audit committee chairman of La Quinta Holdings Inc., a publicly traded hotel chain from April 2014 to May 2018 since 2013.
