Mr. Michael A. Gould serves as an Lead Independent Trustee of Urban Edge Properties. He has served as a Trustee since January 14, 2015. Mr. Gould served as Chairman and CEO of Bloomingdales, a division of Macys Inc., from 1991 to 2014. Prior to joining Bloomingdales, Mr. Gould was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Giorgio Beverly Hills beginning in 1986 and became its President and Chief Executive Officer in 1987. Mr. Gould also worked at J.W. Robinsons Department Stores in Los Angeles from 1978 to 1986, serving as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1981 to 1986. Since November 2015, Mr. Gould has served on the Board of Directors of David Yurman, a leading fine jewelry and luxury timepiece retailer with over 360 locations worldwide. Mr. Gould received his B.A. from Columbia College in 1966 and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in 1968. Mr. Goulds qualifications to serve on our Board include his extensive knowledge of and experience in the retail sector and management experience at multiple companies. since 2020.

Urban Edge Properties Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Urban Edge's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Urban Edge inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Urban.
