Dr. Mark H. Rachesky M.D. is an Independent Director of Titan International Inc. Mr. McNitt is the Vice Chair of BMO Harris Bank and has held this position since 2006. As part of BMO Harris Banks executive leadership team, he has a wide range of responsibilities focusing the organization on delivering the full breadth of wealth, commercial, and investment banking capabilities to the bank customers.
