Dr. Jeffrey Kramer Ph.D. is appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company effective May 5, 2017. Dr. Kramer Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Kramer was Vice President, Lubricants at Brenntag AG, a Germanbased company that is one of the world largest distributors of chemicals, from January 2016 to April 2017. From January 2013 to December 2015, he was the president and chief executive officer of J.A.M. Distributing, which was acquired by Brenntag AG in December 2015. Previously, Dr. Kramer had a career of over 25 years at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., during which time he leveraged his technical and commercial expertise and moved through a succession of technical, corporate development and executive leadership roles both domestically and internationally. As a result of his prior service with Brenntag AG and Air Products and Chemicals, Dr. Kramer brings to the Board extensive experience in management and operations of multinational companies. Dr. Kramer experience as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company provides an indepth understanding of the Company operations and complexity and adds a valuable perspective for Board decisionmaking. since 2017.
