Prior to joining Vulcan Materials Company, Mr. James was a partner at the law firm of Bradley, Arant, Rose White for 10 years. Mr. James serves on the Finance, the Governance and Nominating and the Human Resources Committees of Wells Fargo Companys Board of Directors since 2012.
