Ms. Lindsay R. Bourg is Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. She was named our Chief Accounting Officer in April 2017. From July 2009 to April 2017, Ms. Bourg served in various roles of responsibility including Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, for Sabine Oil Gas Corporation after serving as Controller for Sabine Oil Gas LLC. Sabine Oil Gas LLC was a privately held upstream company which actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas through debt and equity financings of nearly 4.0 billion. In July 2015, Sabine Oil Gas Corporation filed a petition for voluntary reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and emerged from reorganization under Chapter 11 in August 2016. Prior thereto, Ms. Bourg held management and senior level positions at Davis Petroleum Corporationrationration, Burlington Resources and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Bourgs accounting experience spans both public and private companies within the energy industry since 2017.

Solaris Oilfield Inf Leadership Team
