Mr. Stanley J. Meresman is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Meresman has served on our board of directors since July 2015. During the last ten years, Mr. Meresman has served on the boards of directors of various public and private companies, including service as chair of the audit committee for some of these companies. He currently serves on the board of directors and as chair of the audit committee of Guardant Health, Inc. He served as a member of the board of directors and as chair of the audit committees of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2018, LinkedIn Corporation from October 2010 to December 2016, and Zynga Inc. from June 2011 to June 2015 and on the board of directors of Meru Networks, Inc. from September 2010 to May 2013, and Riverbed Technology, Inc. from March 2005 to May 2012. He also serves on the board of directors of several private companies and board of trustees of Sunset Cultural Center, Inc. and the Panetta Institute of Public Policy, both nonprofit organizations. From January 2004 to December 2004, Mr. Meresman was a Venture Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures, a private equity firm, and was General Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Technology Crossover Ventures from November 2001 to December 2003. During the four years before joining Technology Crossover Ventures, Mr. Meresman was a private investor and board member and advisor to several technology companies. From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Meresman served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Graphics, Inc since 2015.
