Prior to joining PetSmart, Mr. Molloy was employed by Circuit City Stores, Inc., a national consumer electronics retailer, from 2003 to 2007, where he served as Chief Financial Officer of Retail from 2006 to 2007, Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis from 2004 to 2006, and the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2003 to 2004. He served ten years in the U.S. Navy as a fighter pilot, later retiring from the Navy Reserve with a rank of Commander. Mr. Molloys perspective as a senior financial executive well versed in financial and accounting matters, as well as operational matters in the retail industry, led to the conclusion that he should serve on our board. since 2019.
