Before joining Snap, Mr. Horowitz served as Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Motorola Mobility, LLC, formerly a Google company, from December 2012 through January 2015. From January 2009 through November 2012, Mr. Horowitz served as our Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that he worked at Google, Microsoft and Apple since 2015.

Quotient Technology Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Quotient Technology's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Quotient Technology inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Quotient. The board's role is to monitor Quotient Technology's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. Quotient Technology's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
