From January 2012 to July 2014, Mr. Raskin also served on the board of directors of Cision AB, a Swedish, publicly traded company, where he was also a member of the compensation committee of its board of directors since 2019.

Quotient Technology Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Quotient Technology's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Quotient Technology inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Quotient.
