Mr. Chris R. Chandler is appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of the General Partner of the Company, He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GP LLC since March 2019. He served as Senior Vice PresidentStrategic Planning and Acquisitions since joining Plains in May 2018 until March 2019. Mr. Chandler has more than 20 years of energy industry experience. Prior to joining Plains, he served in a number of leadership roles at Phillips 66, most recently as General ManagerCorporationrate Strategy, and previously as General ManagerMidstream Commercial and Business Development, as well as numerous leadership roles in refining.
