Mr. Mark A. Kempa is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. He has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 5, 2018. From September 2008 to November 2014, he served as Vice President, Corporationrationrate and Capital Planning, and was an instrumental figure in the Companys successful initial public offering in 2013.
