He was previously the managing member of Rising Sun Restaurant Group LLC from August 2006 until January 2010 and President of New Era Restaurants, LLC from December 2008 until December 2009, both of which are privately held restaurant operating companies. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Garnreiter was also formerly the Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of Main Street Restaurant Group, Inc., a publicly held restaurant operating company. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Garnreiter served as a general partner of Arthur Andersen LLP since 2003.
