Mr. James L. Marvin is an Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of John Bean Technologies Corporationrationration. He became our Executive Vice President and General Counsel in May 2014, and has served as Secretary since July 2008. From July 2008 until May 2014, Mr. Marvin served as Deputy General Counsel and Secretary, acting as Division Counsel for JBT AeroTech and managing corporate legal matters.
