Mr. Joel Henry Nicholls is the NonExecutive Director of the Company. Mr. Nicholls has over 7 years of technical and financial experience in the resources industry running a private resource investment fund, dealing with early stage exploration through to production in a wide range of commodities. He is skilled in project identification, and technical and economic evaluation. Mr. Nicholls holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Mineral Exploration Geoscience from Curtin University. He is a Chartered Accountant having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Transaction Services. Mr. Nicholls skill set, industry experience and contacts, and enthusiasm will be instrumental in helping chart the future course for Jameson. Joels appointment is particularly timely given the ongoing surge in coking coal prices and the advancements being made at Jamesons flagship Crown Mountain Project. since 2020.
