Mr. Madhav V. Rajan serves as Independent Trustee of Ishares Trust Dow Jones United States. He was a Trustee of the Trust since 2011. Mr. Rajan has served as a Director of iShares, Inc. and a Director of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. since 2011. Mr. Rajan is the Gregor G. Peterson Professor of Accounting at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has taught accounting for over 20 years to undergraduate, MBA and law students, as well as to senior executives. Mr. Rajan serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and head of the MBA Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Rajan served as editor of The Accounting Review from 2002 to 2008 and is coauthor of Cost Accounting A Managerial Emphasis, a cost accounting textbook
