Mr. Robert H. Silver serves as an Independent Trustee of Ishares Dow Jones US Consumer Services Sector Index Fund since 2007. Mr. Silver has served as a Director of iShares, Inc. since 2007 and a Director of iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Silver is President and a cofounder of The Bravitas Group Inc., a firm dedicated to advising and investing in emerging business enterprises and to supporting philanthropic activities that benefit underserved urban youth. Previously, Mr. Silver served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of UBS Financial Services Inc. Mr. Silver also served on the Board of Directors of EPAM, a provider of software engineering outsourcing services in Central and Eastern Europe, the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation and served as a governor of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. In addition, Mr. Silver is a Vice Chairman and a Member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater New York and chairs its Fund Development Committee since 2001 and CoFounder and Vice President of Parentgiving Inc. since 2008. Mr. Silver began his career as a CPA at KPMG LLP from 1983 until 1997
