Mr. Leldon E. Echols is an Independent Director of the Company. He is Former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centex Corporationrationration. Mr. Echols served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centex Corporation from 2000 until his retirement in 2006. Before joining Centex, Mr. Echols held various positions, including managing partner, at Arthur Andersen LLP from 1978 until 2000. Mr. Echols currently is a member of the boards of directors of Trinity Industries, Inc., EnLink Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of EnLink Midstream Partners, LP, and EnLink Midstream Manager, LLC, the managing member of EnLink Midstream, LLC. Prior to the closing of the business combination among Devon Energy Corporationrationration, Crosstex Energy, Inc. and Crosstex Energy, L.P. in March 2014, Mr. Echols served on the boards of directors of Crosstex Energy, L.P. and Crosstex Energy, Inc. Mr. Echols brings to the Board executive management and board experience with other public companies. Mr. Echols has extensive financial and management experience as well as financial reporting expertise and a level of financial sophistication that qualifies him as an audit committee financial expert. In addition, Mr. Echols prior and current service on audit committees of other public companies gives him a range of experiences and skills which allow him to effectively lead the Audit Committee. since 2009.
