Mr. Eduardo Alcalay has served as Member of the Executive Board of GP Investments Limited since 2005. He joined the Company in 2005. Prior to joining the Company, he acquired more than 15 years of investment banking experience as Partner at Singular, a mergers and acquisitions advisory boutique, and as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at DLJBrazil and Banco Garantia. Prior thereto, he served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at UOL. Currently, he is Chief Executive Officer of Estacio. He previously served as Board Member of Equatorial Energia, Magnesita, Hopi Hari, LA Hotels, Leitbom and Estacio. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Universidade de Sao Paulo. since 2005.
