During his time at Roche, Mr. ODay demonstrated vision and leadership, helping to engineer the acquisitions of Flatiron Health and Foundation Medicine in 2018. He served as a member of Roches Corporationrationrate Executive Committee, as well as on a number of public and private boards, including Genentech, Inc since 2019.
