Mr. Maurice Marciano is a Chairman Emeritus of Guess, Inc. Mr. Marciano was one of the founders of the Company in 1981. Following his retirement and until January 28, 2015, he provided consulting services to the Company under the terms of a consulting agreement originally entered into in connection with his retirement since 2020.
