Mr. William H. Park is an Vice Chairman of the Board and Trustee of Eaton Vance New York Municipal Income Trust, since 2003. Mr. Park has served as a member of the Eaton Vance Fund Boards since 2003, is the Independent ViceChairperson of the Board and is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Mr. Park was formerly a consultant and formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Aveon Group, L.P. from 20102011. Mr. Park also served as Vice Chairman of Commercial Industrial Finance Corporationration from 20062010, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prizm Capital Management, LLC from 20022005, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United Asset Management Corporation from 19822001 and as Senior Manager of Price Waterhouse from 19721981. since 2016.
