Ms. Mosley is a Director of Dynex Capital, Inc., a mortgage REIT, where she serves on the boards audit and investment committees. She also serves as a trustee or board member of several major nonprofit organizations and endowments, including Mass Ventures, a quasipublic earlystage investment corporation active in Massachusetts, and New Profit, a nonprofit venture philanthropy fund. She is a member of the Risk Audit Committee of the United Auto Workers Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of New York State Common Retirement Fund. since 2014.
