Mr. Christopher T. Young is the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of Entravision Communications Corporationrationration. Mr. Young was our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since May 2008. Mr. Young had previously served as the President of our outdoor advertising division from February 2004 until we sold our outdoor advertising division in May 2008. From January 2000 to February 2004, Mr. Young served as our outdoor advertising divisions Chief Financial Officer. Before joining our company, Mr. Young had worked with the Bank of Montreal, where he was responsible for all of the banks corporate finance activity for the broadcasting and outdoor advertising industries. Mr. Youngs prior experience includes tenures at both the Bank of Tokyo in its corporate finance group and Chase Manhattan Bank since 2008.
