Mr. Goodwin is Managing Partner of the law firm of Goodwin and Goodwin, LLP which provides legal advice to ECA. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and has appeared before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. ECA Marcellus Trust Leadership Team
