Mr. Peter H. Coors serves as Director of Energy Corporation of America, the holding company of ECA Marcellus Trust 1. Mr. Coors is the Chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Company and the Chairman of MillerCoors LLC. He received his Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in 1969 and his MBA from the University of Denver in 1970. Mr. Coors also serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Colorado Hospital. He is President of the Adolph Coors Foundation, Castle Rock Foundation, and University of Colorado Hospital Foundation. He also serves on the Board of the Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of Denver Universitys Strategic Panel on Immigration.
